- Services reserved through "Book Now" option are limited, don't require a consultation and must be booked at least 72 hours (3 days) before the date of service.
- Services are not considered guaranteed until they have been fully reviewed and confirmed by our team.
- To secure your booking, a deposit is due at the time of reservation; and full payment is due before scheduling.
- In the event that we are unable to fulfill the requested service through "Book Now," your deposit will be refunded.

How does Book Now work and which services can I reserve?
Book Now lets you instantly reserve on‑demand services (e.g., last‑minute photographer, videographer, live-stream etc.) without a consultation. Choose the service, confirm available times/slots within the eligible window, pay, and upload any files or brief items — we assign a professional and confirm your booking pending availabilty.
What’s the booking window?
Bookings are available for events occurring within 72 hours (3 days) of your booking.
What do you need from me to start, and what’s included in the service?
Make deposit and submit inquiry form at checkout providing event details like date, time, location, scope, shots required etc..
Can I change or cancel Book Now bookings?
Yes — you can change or cancel Book Now bookings, but because these are time‑sensitive (events within 72 hours) our windows and fees are tighter than normal orders.
- Changes 24–48 hours before the event: subject to provider availability; $25 administrative fee may apply.
- Changes within 24 hours of the event: usually not guaranteed. If we can accommodate, a rush/availability surcharge (typically 25–50% of the booking) will apply.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before event: full refund to the original payment method (or full credit if you prefer).
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before event: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future Book Now booking.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of event: non‑refundable; we can offer a 50% credit for a future booking.
What if provider is late or cancels?
For on‑site delays we’ll communicate immediately and attempt to extend coverage or provide a discounted resolution.
If the assigned provider cancels: we will attempt to provide a replacement. If we cannot, you will receive a full refund and an optional 10% credit toward a future booking.
